The Kirkpatrick Collective is a membership community that provides unlimited access to authentic, updated Kirkpatrick education, including all certification levels, along with coaching, tools, community, and real-time support to help you demonstrate measurable impact. 

The Collective is designed for learning and development professionals, instructional designers, facilitators, analysts, evaluators, performance consultants, and leaders who want to measure and improve the effectiveness of their training programs. 

Yes. Collective members receive unlimited access to all four Kirkpatrick certification programs: Architect (Bronze), Analyst (Silver), Performance Designer, and Champion (Gold), all at no additional cost. As we continue to expand our certifications, they will also be included in your membership.

No prerequisites are required to join the Collective. Architect (Bronze) is recommended as the starting point, but you can join the Collective at any experience level—from beginner to advanced practitioner. 

We offer four levels of certification with more on the horizon: 

• Architect (Bronze): Foundations of evidence-based evaluation 

• Analyst (Silver): Data collection, analysis, and interpretation 

• Performance Designer: Instructional design for measurable impact 
• Champion (Gold): Real-world application and public demonstration of mastery 

Certifications are offered in blended formats with videos to watch and labs to support with application and capstone assignments.

 We also will be offering the ability to attend a live in person session (at an additional cost) for those that want to work on their Architect (Bronze) and Analyst (Silver) certifications with interactive sessions, group work, and instructor guidance.

Private onsite or organizational cohorts are also available of all certifications.

Members receive access to the complete Kirkpatrick Resource Library: templates, case studies, evaluation plans, surveys, worksheets, examples, and plug-and-play tools designed to support each level of the model. 

Kaddie is our upcoming performance-based instructional design AI assistant, launching February 2026. Kaddie is currently set to help you with conducting needs assessments, developing learner personas, training plans, and evaluation plans. Future enhancements include: survey development, rubric development, worksheet development, and more.

Think of Kaddie as your assistant in the ADDIE process, leaving you the ability to do what AI cannot, build relationships.

Collective members receive the Kaddie Creator Plan at no additional cost. 

KirkpatrickAI provides real-time guidance for evaluation planning, measurement, behavior change strategy, and business partnership conversations. It is fully included with the Collective. Think of KirkpatrickAI as having us in your pocket in a pinch when waiting for a human just won't do.

Yes. Recertification is included at no additional cost for Collective members, ensuring your credentials remain active and recognized. You will have access to the Recertification module to allow you to upload your assignments and continuing education log when ready.

• Certification teaches you the model and provides credentialed training. 

• The Collective gives you unlimited access to certification plus ongoing coaching, tools, real-time guidance, technology, and community to help you apply the model consistently and successfully. 

We no longer offer certification publicly for individuals. 

However, for a private organization we can certify just in one area. Please reach out to us for more information.

Certification allows you to apply the model within your organization, but it does not authorize you to teach or license Kirkpatrick programs. Only Kirkpatrick Partners and authorized partners delivers official certification courses. 

You retain any completed certifications, which your certificate and badge will be hosted through our digital credentialing system, Accredible, but you lose access to the resource library, coaching, community, technology tools, updates, and included recertification. 

When you want to recertify, you will need to pay the administrative fee.

Absolutely. We offer group membership and enterprise solutions for organizations that want consistent application of the Kirkpatrick Model across teams and departments.

Only if you wish. In order to be eligible for certain opportunities and to be listed as an Active certification holider, then yes. But ultimately the choice is yours if you wish to maintain the credentials.

Your certifications must be maintained every three years. Collective members receive it at no cost; non-members pay a separate recertification fee. 

We want you to feel confident in your investment and fully supported inside The Collective. Because our programs and resources are delivered digitally and include immediate access to proprietary materials, we generally do not offer refunds once you enroll.

However, some courses include a 30-day application-based satisfaction guarantee.
If that applies to your program, you may request a refund within 30 days only if:

1. You have completed and accessed all course materials

2. You can provide proof of completion/work

3. You participate in a 30–60 minute conversation with our team to share your experience and help us improve
